1. Introduction

2. Eligibility & Registration

Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances forfeited without notice.

3. Account Management

However, f222 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to an account where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by the account holder.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

f222 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, and may initiate identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 3.4 Inactive Accounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5. Betting Rules

5.3 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play period has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account, unless the event is rescheduled and recommences within a period specified in the f222 Sports Rules applicable to the relevant sport. 5.4 Maximum Stake and Payout Limits

f222 reserves the right to apply maximum stake limits to individual markets, player accounts, or account types. Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per player may also apply. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or within the account information section. f222 may at its discretion reduce stake limits for individual players without prior notice.

6. Casino Rules

6.1 Game Availability

f222 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. f222 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, including losses of potential winnings on bets that could not be placed during a downtime period.

12. Termination

f222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if f222 has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that the account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms (for example, at the player's own request), any real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after deducting any applicable outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, f222 may withhold part or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting f222 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and confirmation of the player's identity.

13. Changes to These Terms

f222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
